Local Collection (Sidcup, Kent)

We offer free local collection from our Sidcup location (39 Shuttle Close, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 8EP). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with your confirmed collection date and time. 

Important information:

• Collections are strictly by appointment only – please don’t arrive without confirmation.

• Collection times are typically Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm.

• Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

• Orders must be collected within 7 days of your confirmation email unless otherwise agreed.

• If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

For live stock orders, collection times and instructions will be arranged separately to ensure safe handling.
