Livestock cancellation policy

Cancellation of livestock must be made at least 48 hours before shipping, as this is not fair to the fish that are undergoing our prepared shipping procedures. Refunds will be made to the same payment method as the order was placed. Once shipped, we can not accept any cancellations on livestock, as we cannot accept returns once the fish leave the premises. This is due to our strict biosecurity measures in place. 

Dry goods cancellation policy

If items are shipped and you wish to return and cancel the item, the item cost will be refunded, but not the shipping cost. You will also be responsible at your cost, not Exclusively Koi, to pay a courier to have the item returned. This again excludes returns or livestock.
