Reanne keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at Exclusively Koi. Being married to Kev, she fell into the role naturally – and it stuck. What started as supporting her husband's passion as it grew from hobby to business has become a proper hands-on role in the day-to-day running of things.

She takes real pride in working alongside Kev as a team, and one of the parts of the job she enjoys most is running the weekly WhatsApp sales. It's given her a direct line to customers old and new, and building those relationships is something she genuinely looks forward to.

Away from the admin side, koi shows are a real highlight. The buzz of everyone coming together for a weekend, meeting people from across the hobby – those are the moments that stand out. And when it comes to learning, every day brings something new. Kev's always teaching her about koi, pond maintenance, and treatments. As she puts it, every day is a learning opportunity in this game.
