Delivery of dry goods is free over £100.00. If your order includes koi, that shipping is calculated separately.
Delivery and collection
We aim for next working day delivery for most orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, provided the item is in stock. For live fish, we use a specialised DX overnight courier service, available Monday to Thursday.
While the delivery itself is next day, please note that livestock orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before dispatch. Please be aware that all deliveries rely on third-party couriers. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Someone must be present to sign for livestock deliveries.

Returns
At Exclusively Koi, we offer a 28-day return policy on most items, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Please note that livestock is non-returnable due to biosecurity reasons. Product description
Kusuri Potassium Permanganate is a highly effective oxidising agent is ideal for clearing waterborne pathogens and treating common fish ailments such as Costia, Trichodina, and other parasites. This product can be used as a general disinfectant for ponds and equipment.
