We aim for next working day delivery for most orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, provided the item is in stock. For live fish, we use a specialised DX overnight courier service, available Monday to Thursday.

While the delivery itself is next day, please note that livestock orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before dispatch. Please be aware that all deliveries rely on third-party couriers. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Someone must be present to sign for livestock deliveries.

Kusuri Koi Sedate can also be used for euthanasia.

How to use

Use 10ml per 9 litres of pond water.
Fill a suitable bowl with enough water to cover the fish. Add measured dosage of Kusuri Koi Sedate, and aerate with an air stone.
Place fish in bowl until it rolls onto its side (normally 2-3 minutes).
Lift fish, if there is any tail movement then place the fish back into solution for a further 30 seconds until fully sedated.
Do not use below 15°C.
Follow health and safety instructions on the bottle.
For euthanasia add two times the recommended dose. Do NOT use with salt.

Most impressed with Exclusively Koi. Recieved a Columbo pond test kit from them which was sealed and very well wrapped. On opening the inner tray that holds the bottles was very damaged. They offered to replace kit straight away. Customer service second to none. Thank you.

We visited Exclusively koi for the first time today and I cannot praise Kevin enough. He has the highest customer service and is extremely personable and had time to talk to us and gave so much advice and information it was an absolute delight. He knows his subject and is driven by supplying the best quality not only in the fish but also in other stock items and food. The prices were excellent and he is very, very fair and customer oriented. His information was straightforward and honest and I highly recommend Exclusively koi to anyone. We will be going back and Kevin and the team will be our go-to for all our koi needs from now on.

I came across Exclusively Koi by complete chance as i was looking up koi auctions online and I was lucky enough to find Kevin's fantastic koi up for auction. I took part in some of those auctions and was fortunate enough to win some beautiful koi, Kevin has been very helpful throughout the entire process and was happy to keep the koi for me a bit longer to suit my needs. The koi got shipped out on my chosen day and they arrived the next day very safely packaged with plenty of air. Each koi is even more beautiful in person and they're bigger than i expected which is a very pleasant surprise. The koi are currently dealing with some stress from the long journey here but Kevin is very quick to answer any of my questions and offer advice to help the koi get settled in. Very grateful for the great customer service and i can definitely see myself emptying my entire bank account at Exclusively Koi. I decided to attend the national Koi show today, I was pleasantly surprised to see exclusively koi had a stall at the show!
