Delivery of dry goods is free over £100.00. If your order includes koi, that shipping is calculated separately.
Delivery and collection
We aim for next working day delivery for most orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, provided the item is in stock. For live fish, we use a specialised DX overnight courier service, available Monday to Thursday.
While the delivery itself is next day, please note that livestock orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before dispatch. Please be aware that all deliveries rely on third-party couriers. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Someone must be present to sign for livestock deliveries.

Returns
At Exclusively Koi, we offer a 28-day return policy on most items, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Please note that livestock is non-returnable due to biosecurity reasons. Most impressed with Exclusively Koi. Recieved a Columbo pond test kit from them which was sealed and very well wrapped. On opening the inner tray that holds the bottles was very damaged. They offered to replace kit straight away. Customer service second to none. Thank you.

We visited Exclusively koi for the first time today and I cannot praise Kevin enough. He has the highest customer service and is extremely personable and had time to talk to us and gave so much advice and information it was an absolute delight. He knows his subject and is driven by supplying the best quality not only in the fish but also in other stock items and food. The prices were excellent and he is very, very fair and customer oriented. His information was straightforward and honest and I highly recommend Exclusively koi to anyone. We will be going back and Kevin and the team will be our go-to for all our koi needs from now on.

I came across Exclusively Koi by complete chance as i was looking up koi auctions online and I was lucky enough to find Kevin's fantastic koi up for auction. I took part in some of those auctions and was fortunate enough to win some beautiful koi, Kevin has been very helpful throughout the entire process and was happy to keep the koi for me a bit longer to suit my needs. The koi got shipped out on my chosen day and they arrived the next day very safely packaged with plenty of air. Each koi is even more beautiful in person and they're bigger than i expected which is a very pleasant surprise. The koi are currently dealing with some stress from the long journey here but Kevin is very quick to answer any of my questions and offer advice to help the koi get settled in. Very grateful for the great customer service and i can definitely see myself emptying my entire bank account at Exclusively Koi. I decided to attend the national Koi show today, I was pleasantly surprised to see exclusively koi had a stall at the show! Dare I say they had some of the nicest koi for sale but even more importantly the prices were extremely reasonable! If I had the room I would have easily bought several koi. What is the difference between Saki Hikari Growth floating and sinking?
The nutritional content is the same - 40% protein, 9% fat, and the same Hikari-Germ probiotic. The only difference is that the floating pellet sits on the surface, which lets you watch your koi feed and keep an eye on how much they're eating. It's down to personal preference and how your koi like to feed.
What temperature should I feed Saki Hikari Growth floating koi food?
Use it when your water temperature is consistently above 20°C (68°F). That's when your koi are most active and can properly process the higher protein content. In cooler water, switch to something more digestible like the Multi Season formula.
Will Saki Hikari Growth floating pellets cause fat deposits in my koi?
No. Hikari have specifically formulated the blend of fats and proteins to promote growth without internal fat-deposit build-up. Fat deposits are a real problem with cheaper foods and can shorten a koi's life. This is one of the reasons serious koi keepers choose Saki Hikari.
Is Saki Hikari Growth floating food suitable for show koi?

What size are the Saki Hikari Growth floating pellets?
The medium pellets are around 5mm to 5.5mm. That's a good size for koi of about 20cm and upwards. For smaller koi, you might want to look at the smaller pellet sizes available in the range.
How do I get the best results from Saki Hikari Growth floating food?
Feed it as an exclusive daily diet without mixing in other brands. The Hikari-Germ probiotic needs to build up in the koi's gut to be effective, and chopping and changing foods stops that from happening. Feed two to four times a day above 20°C, and only give them what they'll eat in a few minutes.
Does Saki Hikari Growth floating food affect water quality?
