We aim for next working day delivery for most orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, provided the item is in stock. For live fish, we use a specialised DX overnight courier service, available Monday to Thursday.

While the delivery itself is next day, please note that livestock orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before dispatch. Please be aware that all deliveries rely on third-party couriers. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Someone must be present to sign for livestock deliveries.

At Exclusively Koi, we offer a 28-day return policy on most items, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Please note that livestock is non-returnable due to biosecurity reasons. This is a superb example of a Tancho Goshiki from Kawakami and is being prepared to hopefully show in 2026. This is the biggest stage in the world for koi shows and we have many koi being entered.
