We aim for next working day delivery for most orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, provided the item is in stock. For live fish, we use a specialised DX overnight courier service, available Monday to Thursday.

While the delivery itself is next day, please note that livestock orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice before dispatch. Please be aware that all deliveries rely on third-party couriers. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held liable for any delays. Someone must be present to sign for livestock deliveries.

At Exclusively Koi, we offer a 28-day return policy on most items, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Please note that livestock is non-returnable due to biosecurity reasons. This koi offers super quality for the price. Kanno is a farm we love to buy koi from, the varieties available make it better for us to offer a fantastic selection. This koi is being entered in the All Japan Koi Show where we fell confident it will do well.
